My Story

I help startups break thinking patterns, kill stagnation, get back to winning.

I specialize in 2 things: disrupting stale structures, and resolving conflicts. I do that for tech companies that value speed and despise mediocracy.

How I got here? I started law school in 2012. I have since had the opportunity and good fortune to start two companies (and sell both 🤑), invest in more than 15 startups, teach, mentor, participate in a few non-profit initiatives, and complete an MBA program in an elite school.

Somehow it's always the people you work with who make the experience what it is for you.

I started solving human conflicts out of passion. I did it for the organizations I advise regularly and I realized the potential it has - to amicably solve a conflict between two (or more) key people in an organization. I loved it. It slowly became my main focus.

I specialize in conflicts in startup companies, primarily between founders, or between founders and their investors.
